Magickal, mystical, wonderful witches. What better way to celebrate the art of the craft and the secret creatures of fantasy realms than the ritual of painting. I have been a practising witch since I was very young and in the last 14 years the spirit of the goddess has been a divine source of inspiration to me creatively.
Up until 3 years ago my main media was writing poetry, short stories and creating new spells and ways of celebrating the sabbats. Then I heard the quiet whisper of the paint and canvas speak to me. They said.. "all these beautiul images put down into words, why not bring them to life and create a world of colour and fantasy". So I did.
I am primarily self taught, but art, much like witchcraft is a constant learning experience, with new adventures just around each corner. I take classes and learn new techniques whenever I can. And now that once bare canvas is a playground of bewitching colours and enchanted images.
Photography has always been a passion of mine and I am always creating gothic and fantasy themed photos as well as capturing the magick of everyday things with my lens. My photo gallery is home to some of my favorite pictures. I hope my art will inspire your imagination, and open doors into mystic realms for you.
